South LA Robotics Presents
Champbots Competition

Labeled boxes to store robots, AA batteries, JIMU education app downloaded on devices (pre-downloaded, Smartphones required)

Description:

Youth will have a blast in this class! Using their Smartphones with the JIMU app, they’ll learn how to program their bots into true champions! They’ll be able to navigate their bots through various obstacles and competitions.

Description:

Youth create Chatbots from scratch! They pick a topic or issue to solve, name their chatbot, write a brief script and create magic! Using Meta (formerly Facebook), youth will organize + engineer the flow of the conversation using Chatfuel.

Real Estate 100: The Teen Home Buying Experience, Real Estate 100™ Empowerment Workbook, Certificates/Silver Foil (provided by Instructor)

Description:

Students learn basics to financing a real estate investment/purchase, understanding basics to calculating mortgage budgets, accessing a copy of their federally mandated free annual credit report, and financial forms (i.e. 1003, 1040, W2, 1099) needed based on income types to apply for financing.
